National Geographic to premiere ‘9/11 Reunited’ docuseries

National Geographic is releasing a new three-part docuseries titled ‘9/11 Reunited’ to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks. Created in collaboration with the 9/11 Memorial & Museum and produced by 72 Films, the series focuses on the extraordinary human connections formed during the tragedy.

The documentary features survivors, first responders, and witnesses reuniting with the strangers and everyday heroes who helped save their lives. These emotional reunions, many occurring for the first time in two and a half decades, allow participants to express gratitude and reflect on the events of that day.

The series is scheduled to premiere on Friday, August 21, on National Geographic in the United States. It will also be available for streaming on Disney+ and Hulu.
