Danielle Edwards, Manager of Corporate Communications and Public Affairs at the NHT, stated that the organization is implementing initiatives to increase user registration on the platform. New users can register at the official NHT website, though verification may be required for updates to credentials, name changes, or other sensitive account details. The Trust noted that physical parish offices remain available to assist clients facing connectivity challenges.
