National Organization for Medicines warns of illegal supplement
The National Organization for Medicines (EOF) has issued a strict warning to consumers regarding the illegal online distribution of a dietary supplement branded as ‘WELLNEXIS SUPER COMPLEX’. The product is being marketed via various websites for several health purposes, including the relief of arthritis pain and swelling, cardiovascular health, and the improvement of sexual dysfunction.
EOF emphasizes that the product is not an approved pharmaceutical item, nor is it registered as a dietary supplement with the organization. Consequently, it has not undergone any official evaluation for safety or efficacy. Furthermore, the company responsible for the distribution or circulation of the product in the Greek market remains unknown, making its use particularly risky.
Consumers are urged to remain vigilant and are advised not to use the supplement if they have already acquired it. The organization also requests that citizens report any information regarding the distribution of this product directly to EOF.
