National Park Service offers free admission for 110th anniversary

The National Park Service is celebrating its 110th anniversary with National Park Week, running from August 22 to August 30. As a central part of the festivities, the agency is offering free admission to all national parks across the United States on Tuesday, August 25.

During the week-long celebration, various parks will host themed events, such as “WatchWildlifeWednesday,” which includes activities like wildlife bingo. Popular destinations like Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Olympic National Park are highlighted as prime locations for visitors to engage with the outdoors during this period.
