National Revenue Administration Day celebrated in Poland

Regional celebrations for the National Revenue Administration (KAS) Day are being held across Poland, including events in Cieszyn and Szczecin.

In Cieszyn, festivities included an official ceremony at the Market Square, where employees and officers of the Customs and Tax Service received decorations and professional promotions. The event, attended by KAS Head Marcin Łoboda, featured an educational picnic where residents could view service equipment, such as mobile X-ray machines, laboratories, and patrol cars, as well as watch demonstrations by service dogs.

In Szczecin, celebrations are scheduled to take place near the National Museum. The program includes an official roll call, the presentation of medals for long-term service and merit, and officer appointments. The event will feature a performance by a military orchestra, displays of weaponry and vehicles, and demonstrations by service dogs. Local authorities have noted that the event will cause temporary traffic disruptions and changes to public bus routes in the Wały Chrobrego area.
