The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced a three-day window from September 1 to September 3, 2026, to help prospective service personnel resolve biodata discrepancies. Affected students must report in person to the NSA Kumasi Regional Office at 10:00 am to correct issues such as name or ID mismatches that prevent registration.

This intervention is being conducted in collaboration with the National Identification Authority (NIA), the Ghana Publishing Company, and Commissioners for Oaths. The partnership aims to facilitate on-site assistance for students needing sworn affidavits or guidance regarding Gazette publications. Students who already possess these documents are advised to bring their originals and Ghana Cards to the Kumasi office to finalize their records.

Separately, the NSA has reopened its registration portal for defaulters and private candidates. This extension allows eligible applicants, including Ghanaian nationals who studied abroad, to apply for PIN codes for the 2026/2027 national service year. The deadline for this portal extension is Friday, September 4, 2026.
