National Social Infrastructure Investment Fund advances health and education projects

Infrastructure projects in the health and education sectors have advanced to a new funding stage through the National Social Infrastructure Investment Fund. The fund's management committee has authorized the release of results from recent public calls.

Selected proposals will now undergo technical, financial, and documentary analysis by the National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES) and other authorized financial institutions. Approval at this stage does not guarantee the release of funds, as final contracts are subject to resource availability and the fulfillment of specific institutional requirements.

The fund aims to expand social infrastructure investments, focusing on the construction, modernization, and expansion of public or private facilities dedicated to health and education services.
