National Solidarity Fund offers grants for housing rights projects

The National Solidarity Fund (FNS) has opened applications for projects related to the 2026 Fraternity Campaign, themed ‘Fraternity and Housing’. Under Axis 3, which accounts for approximately 30% of the available resources, institutions can apply for funding to support initiatives focused on awareness, training, and articulation regarding the right to dignified housing and essential goods.

Eligible entities must be registered on the FNS online platform and comply with the established guidelines. Approved projects can receive up to R$ 50,000 and are expected to have an execution period of approximately 12 months. Applications are open until October 30. Following the registration period, proposals will undergo screening by the Social Department of the National Conference of Bishops of Brazil (CNBB) before being analyzed by the FNS Management Council in November.
