National Youth Authority hosts breast cancer screening

The National Youth Authority (NYA), under the leadership of CEO Osman Ayariga, conducted a breast cancer screening exercise on October 22, 2026. The event was held at the Authority’s forecourt to promote early detection and raise awareness of the disease.

In addition to NYA staff, members of the surrounding community participated in the screening. The initiative aimed to encourage preventive healthcare and highlight how early detection can improve treatment outcomes. The exercise served to demonstrate the role public institutions can play in supporting health education and community well-being.
