National Youth Day 2026 draws thousands of participants in Brazil

The National Youth Day (DNJ 2026) was celebrated across different regions of Brazil, bringing together thousands of young participants for religious gatherings.

In the Diocese of Amargosa, more than 3,000 young people gathered in Itatim. The event included prayer, preaching, and a procession. Bishop Dom Juraci Gomes de Oliveira presided over the Holy Mass, emphasizing the central role of youth in the Church.

In the Diocese of Araçatuba, approximately 1,200 young people participated in the event held in Mirandópolis. The program featured a Holy Mass presided over by Bishop Dom Sergio Krzywy, theatrical performances, workshops, and musical presentations, concluding with a moment of adoration.
