Houston Astros rally to defeat Detroit Tigers, clinch series

The Houston Astros overcame a 3‑0 deficit in the seventh inning to beat the Detroit Tigers 7‑5 in the final game of a three‑game series in Detroit. Isaac Paredes tied the game with a solo homer in the eighth and later drove in the go‑ahead run with a single in the tenth. Christian Walker delivered a three‑run blast in the bottom of the tenth to put the Astros ahead 7‑3, and Josh Hader closed the game without allowing the Tigers to rally.
