Kristína Kövešová announces first pregnancy

Slovak investigative journalist and TV Markíza reporter Kristína Kövešová has announced that she is expecting her first child. She revealed the news after keeping her pregnancy private for several months.

Kövešová, known for her high-risk reporting on criminal and sensitive social issues, described the pregnancy as ‘the most beautiful gift from God’ and referred to the baby as a ‘little great warrior.’ Due to the nature of her work, which has previously involved physical danger and threats, she has maintained strict privacy regarding her personal life and the identity of the child's father.

Despite the pregnancy, Kövešová intends to continue her professional mission. TV Markíza has adjusted her field work to accommodate her condition, limiting it to essential filming to ensure her safety.
