Following an investigation that linked Russia to a drone-related sabotage attempt at Leipzig/Halle airport in early August, the German government is considering significant escalations in its response to hybrid warfare. Drones violated Estonian airspace near Narva, and an armed drone was discovered and detonated by specialists near the Romanian-Moldovan border in Viisoara.
