Natura and Aviva announce new wellness and digital service partnerships

Brazilian companies Natura and Aviva have announced a partnership to launch the first Natura Ekos SPA. Scheduled to open in October 2026, the 150-square-meter facility will be located at Costa do Sauípe on the north coast of Bahia. The spa will offer exclusive rituals and experiences using Amazonian bioactives, marking Natura Ekos’s debut in a physical spa operation.

In a separate development within the Aviva ecosystem, the leisure company has partnered with Civitatis to enable digital ticket sales for Hot Park Rio Quente. This integration allows travelers to reserve one- or two-day passes via the Civitatis website and app, facilitating digital vouchers and reducing physical queue times for the water park.
