Consuming this water poses severe health risks, including chemical burns to the mouth and digestive tract, pain, vomiting (potentially with blood), and in serious cases, internal bleeding or life-threatening complications. The warning specifically concerns batch L61481/00:20, with an expiration date of 27/11/2026 and EAN 5449000287786. The product was bottled in Teplice na Metují, Czech Republic, and distributed by Coca-Cola Czech Republic.

Authorities discovered the issue during an inspection at a catering facility in Kráľová pri Senci, where the product had been purchased from a Metro store in Ivanka pri Dunaji. Consumers are urged to check their supplies and return any matching products to the retailer immediately without consuming them.
