Natural disasters trigger damage in Spain and reconstruction in Colombia

The local government, representing a town of approximately 800 residents, is seeking administrative assistance to cover the high costs of repairs. Additionally, local farmers report a 100% loss of the peach harvest due to the storm.

In the Southwest region of Antioquia, Colombia, reconstruction efforts have officially begun following a recent earthquake. The Governor of Antioquia, Andrés Julián Rendón, announced the delivery of 96 tons of construction materials to the municipalities of Caramanta, Betania, and Hispania. These supplies are intended to assist local mayors in repairing homes and buildings that suffered major structural damage during the seismic event.
