In one trading session, prices fell to 64.5 euros per MWh, a decline driven by optimism regarding the potential reopening of the Strait of Hormuz following advanced talks between Iran and Oman.

However, subsequent reporting indicated a reversal, with September futures rising by 3.7% to reach 68.1 euros per MWh. The TTF hub remains a critical pricing benchmark for European energy markets, influencing procurement costs for utilities and industrial consumers across the continent.
