Nature activities and bioblitz events organized in Denmark
Various nature-focused activities are being organized in Denmark to encourage biodiversity awareness and outdoor engagement. In Nørlev Strand, a mini-bioblitz will take place on a six-hectare area near Pakhuset. Participants can join from 9:00 to 12:00 to identify as many plant and animal species as possible, using the iNaturalist app to record findings and contribute to regional biodiversity data.
Additionally, the organization Tid til Tur is providing volunteer nature guides to assist families during the Easter holidays. These guides aim to help parents and children engage more deeply with local environments, such as forests, coasts, and parks, through sensory experiences. One scheduled activity includes a bird safari in Utterslev Mose.
