Nature and science programs scheduled across Italy for September

Various cultural and scientific programs focused on nature and biodiversity are scheduled for September in Italy.

At the Museo del Fiore within the Monte Rufeno Nature Reserve, a “Citizen Science” initiative offers immersive experiences. Participants can engage in field research, creative workshops, and biodiversity monitoring using the iNaturalist app. Scheduled activities include a butterfly bioblitz, botanical workshops, and seminars led by experts on sustainability.

In Gorizia, the “NATURAE. Connessioni tra terra e arte” project continues at Giardino Viatori. A new series of six meetings titled “Tu di che natura sei?” will explore the relationship between humanity, art, and the natural world. The program features conversations with authors, scientists, and journalists who discuss how nature influences their professional and personal lives through literature, landscape, and art.
