Naturgy relocates 700 employees to new Madrid office

Naturgy has relocated more than 700 employees to a new office building located at Calle de Josefa Valcárcel, 48, in Madrid. The move follows the expiration of the lease at the company’s previous location on Avenida de San Luis, 77.

The new facility, owned by Merlin Properties, spans over 18,000 square meters across six floors. It is situated near the company’s corporate headquarters at Avenida de América, 38. The relocation aims to implement more flexible and collaborative work models through a redesigned space featuring versatile areas, common zones, and advanced technological infrastructure.

The building holds LEED Platinum and WiredScore Gold certifications for sustainability and connectivity. While most staff moved from the San Luis offices, some employees from the Avenida de América headquarters were also relocated to consolidate specific teams within the new facilities.
