Naughty Dog reportedly developing new Uncharted game

Reports suggest that Naughty Dog is in the early stages of developing a new installment in the Uncharted action-adventure series. According to information from MP1st and corroborated by other industry insiders, the project is reportedly a completely new adventure rather than a remake of a previous title.

Shaun Escayg, the creative director of Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, is said to be leading the project. The reports indicate that series protagonist Nathan Drake may return in some capacity, though he may no longer serve as the sole lead character.

Development on this new Uncharted title is expected to follow the completion of Naughty Dog’s current priority project, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet. Sony and Naughty Dog have not officially confirmed the existence of the new game.
