Nautical Club of Katerini wins five medals at international regatta

The Nautical Club of Katerini achieved significant success at the 33rd Alexander the Great International Regatta, securing a total of five medals across five participating crews.

The club's medal tally includes two gold medals and three silver medals. Gold medals were earned by Antonis Kastaniotis and Vasilis Lampadariou in the Boys' Double Sculls (Beginner), as well as by Chrysa Lampadariou and Nefeli Svarna in the Girls' Double Sculls. Silver medals were awarded to Thomas Papaioannou and Tilemachos Kostinos in the Boys' Double Sculls, Stella Motsia in the Girls' Sculls (Beginner), and Nikolaos Karakikes in the Boys' Sculls (Beginner).

The delegation was supported by Rowing Commissioner Ilias Lampadariou and coaches Konstantinos Kontomanolis and Katerina Fytopoulou.
