Nautilus Solar launches 6.7 MW community solar project in Illinois

Nautilus Solar has commenced commercial operations for a 6.7 MW community solar project located in the Village of Cornell, Illinois. Situated within the ComEd utility territory, the project is designed to provide locally generated renewable energy to the region.

The initiative aims to improve energy affordability for local residents, providing electricity savings to an additional 570 customers in Illinois. Nautilus Solar manages the full lifecycle of its projects, including development, construction, financing, maintenance, and customer management. The company is backed by Power Sustainable, a subsidiary of Power Corporation of Canada.
