Naval Academy sponsors children of fishermen in need

The Naval Academy has launched a support initiative to sponsor children of fishermen facing difficult circumstances. During a recent ceremony, the Academy officially adopted two students, Tran Doan Tien Thanh and Nguyen Thi Tuyet Linh, providing them with financial aid, books, and school supplies for the new academic year.

Colonel Ho Thanh Hoa, Deputy Director of the Naval Academy, emphasized that this program is designed to encourage students to persevere in their studies and lives. Local authorities noted that such humanitarian activities help support fishing families, allowing them to focus on economic development and maritime sovereignty protection.
