Juan Manuel Navarro Muñiz ranks among Mexico's top ten mayors

Juan Manuel Navarro Muñiz, the mayor of Soledad de Graciano Sánchez, has been ranked among the top ten best-evaluated metropolitan mayors in Mexico. According to GobernArte, Navarro Muñiz holds a 58.2 percent approval rating, placing him ninth nationally and making him the highest-rated official from the Green Ecological Party of Mexico (PVEM) in San Luis Potosí.

Local business sectors have expressed support for the administration, citing improvements in infrastructure, security, and the efficiency of administrative procedures. Additionally, the municipality is nearing the completion of a new urban park in the 21 de Marzo neighborhood. The project, which has reached 85 percent progress with a budget of 9.3 million pesos, will include sports facilities, a playground, a pet area, and a free water purification station to benefit over 14,000 residents.

In contrast, the mayor of the state capital, Enrique Galindo Ceballos, saw his approval rating drop to 40 percent, ranking 29th in the same study amid concerns regarding water shortages, security, and road maintenance.
