Naveen Puligilla and Musa Sherif compete in Paraguay WRC3 rally

Indian rally driver Naveen Puligilla and co-driver Musa Sherif are competing in the WRC3 class at the Rally del Paraguay, the 11th round of the FIA World Rally Championship. Representing Duran Racing, the duo is driving a Ford Fiesta Rally3 prepared by MRU Motorsport.

Following a recent ARC3 victory in Rwanda, the team is embarking on a demanding back-to-back programme that includes Paraguay and a subsequent round in Chile in two weeks. Puligilla noted that the Paraguayan stages present unique challenges due to high speeds, tight margins, and soft gravel that can create deep ruts.

Musa Sherif, an eight-time Indian National Rally Co-driver Champion, highlighted that visibility issues from fine dust and changing weather conditions, such as rain, will require the team to remain flexible during the event.
