Naviraí begins land regularization for Boa Vista residents

The municipality of Naviraí has launched a land regularization program to provide definitive property titles to residents of the Boa Vista neighborhood. Through the Superintendency of Popular Housing and Land Regularization, the initiative aims to grant legal security and dignity to families who have lived in the area without formal documentation.

Mayor Rodrigo Massuo Sacuno stated that the administration's goal is to provide quality of life and the legal conditions necessary for residents to own their homes officially. Following the formal signing ceremony, technical teams began conducting initial assemblies to guide citizens through the registration, technical, and legal processes required to formalize their property holdings.
