Naviraí launches digital platform for municipal health services

The municipality of Naviraí has launched a new digital tool called ‘Saúde na Palma da Mão’ to centralize access to public health information. The platform allows residents to consult details regarding vaccinations, medical exams, medications, and SUS Card information.

By utilizing technological resources and artificial intelligence to assist in user identification, the tool aims to reduce the need for physical travel to health units for simple information inquiries. In addition to the digital launch, the local government provided motorcycles to community health agents working in the Porto Caiuá and Juncal areas to facilitate home visits, along with new uniforms for community and vector control teams.
