NavVis secures $85 million Series D round led by The Jordan Company

Munich‑based deep‑tech firm NavVis completed a $85 million Series D financing round. The round was led by US private‑equity firm The Jordan Company and included existing backers Yttrium, KOZO KEIKAKU ENGINEERING and Cipio Partners.

The capital will be used to expand NavVis’ spatial‑data platform NavVis IVION, accelerate its AI product roadmap and deepen its market presence in the United States. NavVis creates high‑precision digital twins of factories, buildings and infrastructure, serving more than 1,500 customers in over 50 countries, including major industrial players such as BMW, Volkswagen, Toyota and Siemens. CEO Dr. Felix Reinshagen said the funding marks a turning point for making spatial data a scalable, intelligent resource for both humans and autonomous systems.
