NBA 2K27 released on multiple platforms including Nintendo Switch 2

NBA 2K27 has been released globally on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam, and Nintendo Switch 2. The game is available in three editions: a Standard edition featuring Victor Wembanyama ($69.99), a Deluxe edition with Caitlin Clark ($99.99), and a limited-time Ultra edition featuring Derrick Rose ($149.99), which is scheduled to be removed from stores after September 6, 2026.

Key gameplay updates include a new dynamic Dunk Meter, improved physics with a realistic collision system, and enhanced defensive AI for smoother animations. The franchise introduces a Co-Ed City, allowing male and female MyPLAYER avatars to play together on the same multiplayer courts with performance parity.

New modes include MyCAREER Eras, which allows players to experience iconic NBA periods such as the Magic vs. Bird, Jordan, Kobe, LeBron, and Steph eras. Additionally, the MyCAREER mode features a new story titled ‘Fire & Concrete’ involving Vince Staples, and MyNBA Legacy offers an RPG experience spanning a century of basketball history.
