The NBA announced the 12 officials selected to work the 2026 NBA Finals between the New York Knicks and the San Antonio Spurs. Veteran crew chief Scott Foster will lead the crew, with James Capers, Sean Wright and alternate JB DeRosa also assigned. First‑time Finals referee Curtis Blair joins the lineup alongside seasoned officials Tony Brothers, Marc Davis, Zach Zarba, John Goble, Josh Tiven, James Williams, Courtney Kirkland, and Tyler Ford. The series opens with Game 1 on Wednesday at the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, tip‑off at 8:30 p.m. ET, and will be televised by ABC and streamed on the ESPN app.

Blair, 55, has worked more than 1,000 NBA games and served as a Finals alternate in 2021 and 2022, calling the Finals as his first primary assignment. Foster, in his 32nd season, brings 1,867 regular‑season games and 263 playoff games, including 26 Finals appearances. The officiating crew was chosen based on grades for play‑calling accuracy throughout the season and postseason.
