NBA ranks top 10 players aged 24 and under

A ranking of the top 10 NBA players aged 24 and under has been established, focusing on current performance and on-court influence rather than future potential. The evaluation is intended to assess the league's current young talent ahead of the 2026-27 season.

The list excludes players from the 2026 Draft class, such as Cameron Boozer and AJ Dybantsa, as they have yet to prove themselves in the professional league. Additionally, players like Anthony Edwards and Cade Cunningham are ineligible because they exceeded the age limit during the previous season.

Notable mentions include Stephon Castle of the San Antonio Spurs, who has established himself as a strong perimeter defender while averaging 16.7 points and 7.4 assists in his second season. Other players highlighted for special mention include Ajay Mitchell, Donovan Clingan, Jalen Green, Ausar Thompson, Josh Giddey, and Dylan Harper.
