American rapper NBA YoungBoy, born Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, has revealed he is dealing with a heart condition. During an appearance on the ‘Open Thoughts’ podcast filmed in South Korea, the 26-year-old artist disclosed that a doctor informed him the left side of his heart is swollen.

In addition to his health concerns, the Baton Rouge native discussed the potential end of his music career. He stated that he likely has only ‘one or two’ albums remaining and intends to go on tour only one more time in his life.

YoungBoy, who has been spending time in various international locations including South Korea, indicated he has no plans to return to living in the United States following his previous legal challenges and time spent under house arrest.
