NBL season highlights Brandon Knight's arrival and early MVP race

The NBL season is underway, highlighting key player movements and the early MVP race. Brandon Knight, a veteran with 451 NBA games, has joined the Perth Wildcats as a new point guard. Knight expressed a commitment to impacting both the team and the local community, aiming to honor the club's legacy following the departure of Bryce Cotton.

In the league's MVP discussion, experts are divided between Kendric Davis of the Sydney Kings and Parker Jackson-Cartwright of the New Zealand Breakers. Jackson-Cartwright has recorded impressive early statistics, including an average of 26.6 points, 9.6 assists, and 4.4 rebounds, though some analysts suggest his location in New Zealand may impact his media recognition.

Fantasy sports analysis also identifies Kendric Davis as a high-value 'point of difference' player for SuperCoach NBL due to his low ownership rate and upcoming schedule of double-header games.
