NCB and Sun Group launch Sun Signature loyalty program in Vietnam

Vietnam's National Commercial Bank (NCB) and Sun Group have introduced Sun Signature, a premium loyalty program that connects the full Sun Group ecosystem with NCB's financial services. Registration opened on 13 June and the program officially launched on 14 July 2026, attracting 53 600 members in its first month.

The partnership features the co‑branded NCB Visa Sun Signature credit card, which offers five global tier levels (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Infinity and the forthcoming Infinity Private). Cardholders receive benefits such as 25 % cash‑back on spending in the first 30 days (up to VND 1 million), up to 10 % monthly cash‑back (capped at VND 5 million), interest‑free periods of up to 55 days, 0 % installment plans, and a 1.1 % foreign‑exchange fee. Additional perks include priority airport services, access to Sun Executive Lounges, and discounts on Sun World attractions, hotels, airlines and golf.

Enrollment is fully digital through the NCB iziMobile app, which automates card issuance and allows immediate use of virtual cards for online transactions. The program aims to position the credit card as a “passport” to a high‑end lifestyle while delivering innovative financial solutions for Sun Signature members.
