NCDMB launches LearnFest Lecture Series for oil and gas stakeholders

The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has inaugurated the LearnFest Lecture Series to enhance staff capacity and industry regulation within the oil and gas sector. The initiative is managed by the Nigerian Content Academy (NCA), a specialized training arm of the agency.

Based at the corporate headquarters in Yenagoa, the program aims to break down departmental silos by providing training on the Board’s seven directorates, their specific mandates, and institutional processes. According to Engr. Abayomi Bamidele, Director of the Capacity Building Directorate, the series is designed to ensure both staff and industry stakeholders better understand Nigerian Content tools and processes to foster improved collaboration and integration.
