nCino reports revenue growth driven by AI adoption

nCino reported second-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue of $161 million, an 8% increase from the previous year. Subscription revenue grew 10% to $143.5 million, while non-GAAP operating income rose 36% year over year to $40.8 million. Free cash flow saw a significant increase of 170%, reaching $34 million.

A primary driver of growth is the company’s artificial intelligence initiatives. CEO Sean Desmond noted that customers are increasingly adopting agentic AI solutions, such as the Banking Advisor and Digital Partners. More than 230 customers have purchased Intelligence Units, a usage-based pricing model for AI products, up from 110 customers in late 2025.

The company also reported strong engagement from large-scale clients. Four of nCino’s 20 largest U.S. enterprise customers, representing over $900 billion in assets, signed multiyear renewals with average annual contract value increases of more than 10%.
