NCIS: New York Season 1, Episode 2 explores team dynamics and a fatal robbery

The second episode of NCIS: New York, titled ‘Family Business’, focuses on establishing the dynamics between the central team members while investigating a deadly jewelry store robbery. The heist, which involved the use of military-grade C4, resulted in the death of Ben Gellman, the jeweler’s son.

As the investigation progresses, agents Sam Hanna and Nick Schaeffer look into the possibility of stolen explosives, leading them to examine a nearby naval depot. The episode also works to further develop the supporting cast, including Robyn Wells, Addy Ross, Wyatt Sellers, and Sean Sullivan, as the series transitions into its regular casework.
