NCLUSION and Dominican Ministry expand investments in Dominican Republic

The Dominican Republic’s Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and MSMEs (MICM) and the U.S.-based fintech company NCLUSION have signed a memorandum of understanding to expand operations and investments in the Dominican Republic.

Signed in San Francisco, the agreement includes a potential investment of hundreds of millions of pesos to establish a regional headquarters and a technological center. The expansion aims to modernize NCLUSION’s retail and agent network while promoting financial inclusion and education.

The MICM will assist NCLUSION in managing the necessary licenses and permits. As part of the commitment, the company intends to preserve and expand its Dominican workforce, supporting the creation of thousands of direct and indirect job opportunities.
