NDC Volta team monitors development projects in four districts
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Volta Regional Communication team conducted a monitoring exercise across four districts: Agortime-Ziope, Ketu South, Ketu North, and Anloga. The team inspected numerous completed and ongoing development projects in sectors including education, health, roads, markets, and public infrastructure.
In the Agortime-Ziope District, the inspection included several education and health facilities. Completed education projects include a three-unit classroom block at Adzorvi and a two-unit block at Takuve. Other educational facilities, such as a classroom block at Obemla, have reached the roofing stage. In the health sector, the team assessed multiple Community-based Health Planning and Services (CHPS) compounds, including sites at Datsiedu and Kpetoe, which are currently at the roofing stage.
According to Volta Regional Communication Officer Kafui Agbleze, the exercise aimed to provide regional and constituency communication officers with first-hand information regarding government interventions and project progress to improve public communication regarding their community impact.
