Nâdiya recovers after high‑heel fall at France's La Kermesse festival

French pop singer Nâdiya slipped and fell on stage while performing at the La Kermesse summer festival in La Seyne‑sur‑Mer. The 51‑year‑old artist was wearing very high heels when she lost her balance during a hit song, but she rose quickly, smiled and continued the set without interruption.

The incident was captured by audience members and shared on social media. After the brief tumble, Nâdiya resumed singing and completed more than half an hour of performance, receiving applause from the crowd. No injuries were reported.

The festival, which celebrates 1990s and 2000s French pop acts, continued as scheduled after the brief disruption.
