NDLEA warns recruitment candidates against paying for drug tests
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has announced that applicants for various agencies under the Ministry of Interior will not be required to pay for mandatory Drug Integrity Tests (DIT).
The Ministry of Interior has already made bulk payments to cover the testing costs for new intakes into the Nigerian Correctional Service, Nigeria Immigration Service, Federal Fire Service, and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps.
NDLEA spokesperson Femi Babafemi advised candidates and personnel not to make any payments to NDLEA officials, testing centers, or through any other channels. To ensure a seamless process, candidates must access the DIT portal through designated links provided on their respective institutional portals to complete registration and documentation.
