NDR Talk Show features guests discussing sexual health and personal resilience

The NDR Talk Show, hosted by Bettina Tietjen and Barbara Schöneberger, featured a diverse panel of guests discussing topics ranging from personal coaching to sexual health.

Sexologist Jill Tammling participated in a discussion regarding sexual wellness and the ability to learn sexual satisfaction regardless of partnership status. Tammling also shared her personal experience managing triple-negative breast cancer. During the segment, comedian Ilka Bessin suggested that overcoming shame by being more open and visual could improve sexual experiences.

Other guests included coach and author Sabine Asgodom, who discussed finding confidence in a changing world, and science journalist Dirk Steffens, who contributed evolutionary perspectives on human anatomy.
