NDTV appoints veteran journalist Rahul Shrivastava as Consulting Editor

NDTV has appointed veteran journalist Rahul Shrivastava as Consulting Editor to bolster its political and national affairs coverage. Shrivastava, who previously served as the network’s Political Editor from 1999 to 2017, brings nearly forty years of experience across print, television, and digital media.

In his new capacity, Shrivastava will focus on political reporting, anchoring, analysis, and editorial coverage. Rahul Kanwal, CEO and Editor-in-Chief of NDTV, noted that Shrivastava’s deep understanding of India’s political institutions and electoral landscape will add significant strength to the network’s reporting.
