Nea Salamis and Pafos FC draw 0-0 in scoreless match

Nea Salamis and Pafos FC played to a 0-0 draw at the Ammochostos Stadium. Despite numerous scoring opportunities for both sides, neither team could find the back of the net.

Nea Salamis saw a significant chance in the 8th minute when Aldair hit the post. Pafos FC responded quickly with chances from Lele and a disallowed goal by Sema due to a handball by Maé, a decision later confirmed by VAR. The second half saw Pafos FC take more initiative, but they were unable to convert their chances, marking their fourth consecutive match without a victory.

Following the match, the Pafos FC coach expressed strong frustration regarding the officiating. He criticized the refereeing standards, specifically citing a missed penalty incident that was not reviewed by VAR. While praising his team's defensive and offensive performance, he argued that officiating errors have cost the team points in consecutive games.
