Nebojša Medojević alleges Đukanović brothers co-own Aman hotel chain
Nebojša Medojević, leader of the Movement for Changes (PzP), has alleged that the Đukanović brothers are co-owners of the luxury hotel chain Aman through a Dubai-based private investment fund. While Aman is the formal owner of Sveti Stefan, Medojević claims the true ownership of Aman lies with Monte Rock International, a fund founded by Greek investor Statis.
Medojević asserted that the Đukanović brothers hold stakes in this fund, suggesting that investments in Sveti Stefan and Miločer Park are effectively private business matters for the brothers rather than foreign investments. He further claimed that Statis reached an agreement with Prime Minister Milojko Spajić regarding an investment dispute, which he alleges ultimately benefits Adriatic Properties and the Đukanović family.
Medojević noted that he does not possess concrete evidence to prove the Đukanović brothers' connection to the fund, but cited sources suggesting a discrepancy between Statis's estimated capital of 20–30 million and the billions of euros involved in the fund's operations.
