Nebraska offensive coordinator Dana Holgorsen and defensive coordinator Rob Aurich held a press conference on Tuesday to preview the upcoming Week 7 matchup against Oregon. The briefing followed Nebraska’s recent 20-17 loss to Indiana.

Holgorsen noted that while the Huskers moved the ball effectively in their previous game, they failed to capitalize on scoring opportunities, stating, “One more touchdown, we win.” He expressed a need for better execution to secure a victory against Oregon's defense.

Defensive coordinator Rob Aurich highlighted the challenge of facing Oregon’s playmakers and noted the team's strategy to navigate different quarterback styles. Holgorsen also praised the athleticism of Oregon’s defensive front, describing it as one of the best he has seen.
