Nebraska Democratic Party wins Supreme Court ruling on Senate vacancy

In the ongoing Senate race, a poll commissioned by Dan Osborn’s campaign suggests the contest between Osborn and Senator Pete Ricketts is currently tied, with 47% of Nebraskans supporting both candidates and 5% undecided. Osborn noted a 4% rise in his support, while the Ricketts campaign dismissed the poll as skewed and inaccurate.
