Nebraska Huskers to Play Kansas State in Grand Island Exhibition Game

Nebraska's Cornhuskers men's basketball team will face the Kansas State Wildcats in an exhibition matchup on Oct. 26 at the BigIron Events Center’s Eihusen Arena in Grand Island, Nebraska. The game, presented by Pinnacle Bank, marks the Huskers’ third preseason exhibition and is intended to expand the program’s brand across the state.

Nebraska head coach Fred Hoiberg highlighted the strong fan base in central Nebraska and expressed excitement about the venue, while K‑State coach Casey Alexander welcomed the chance to compete against a recent Sweet‑16 team. The matchup revives a rivalry that produced an instant classic in the Hall of Fame Classic Championship the previous season.
