Nebraska volleyball defeats Missouri in rescheduled match

The Nebraska Cornhuskers volleyball team concluded their non-conference season with a victory over the Missouri Tigers in a rescheduled match held at the John Cook Arena. Despite the change in venue from the originally planned Wrigley Field location, the event maintained a baseball theme, featuring baseball-themed jerseys and ballpark-style music.

During the second set of the match, Nebraska sophomore Teraya Sigler sustained a lower leg or foot injury after slipping during a transition. Sigler was unable to finish the match and was seen wearing a medical boot. Skyler Pierce is expected to take over her role in upcoming play. Nebraska now prepares to begin Big Ten conference play against Rutgers.
